winter of love

had a love
i; for the snow
but never had seen
a snowflake in my life
my lover didnt like
my love being shared
so she gave me
an ice cube
and told me
that's what snow is
and i kept looking
at that beautiful ice cube
time went by
the ice went away
the love still remained
for what i thought snow was!!
